The essentials

Arrival & departure: Check-in is 3pm and check-out is noon. Late check-out after 12.15pm costs RM100 an hour, until 2pm at the latest.
Cost & extras: No stay prices are on the policies page. A refundable RM200 cash deposit per caravan or glamping unit is collected at check-in, and campground rental carries a RM50 deposit. Extra guests in a glamping tent or caravan cost RM150 each with BBQ, breakfast and a sleeping bag; children under 6 stay free.
Before booking: Full payment is due 14 days before check-in, or the booking may be cancelled. Date changes are accepted up to 28 days before check-in, and every refund carries an 8% processing fee.
Pets: No pets are allowed.
House rules: Quiet hours are 11pm to 7am, and breaking them can mean removal without a refund. Smoking inside caravans, tents or the reception carries a RM100 cleaning fee. Bring ID and your booking voucher for check-in.
